Pristine wilderness, countless natural wonders, and diverse wildlife are just some of the many rewards awaiting you at the pet-friendly Wild Fox Cabins & Campground in beautiful Lakeville, Maine in the West Grand Lake Region. Located on legendary Junior Lake, one of the eleven nearby "chain of lakes" connected via ancient waterways and streams at the headwaters of the West Branch of the St. Croix River, this campground is a paradise for sportsmen and nature lovers. Junior Lake is considered by many world-class anglers to be the premier fishing spot in the Northeastern United States. There's also swimming, canoeing, kayaking, boating, and boat camping on the little islands dotting the lake. The 155 scenic acres surrounding their grounds are spectacularly beautiful and offer bountiful hunting for both large and small game, hiking, leaf-peeping, bird-watching, and miles of ATV trails. In the winter months, guests can enjoy snowmobiling, snow-shoeing, cross-country skiing, and ice fishing. The serenity of the lake is home to many ospreys, loons, ducks, Canada geese, the occasional Bald Eagle, and any of the other 185 species of birds that call the area home. There is something here for everyone!

Our eight modern, clean, spacious, and recently constructed log cabins each sleep up to seven people and have an open floor plan and loft. Cabins are located lakeside and are uniquely and tastefully decorated with a special theme. All have heat, electricity, temperature-adjustable hot water heaters, and are fully furnished. Kitchens are equipped with refrigerators, gas stoves, coffee makers, and all necessary cookware, plates, bowls, utensils, and a dining room table. Grills are available, bring your own fuel or rent from us. Enjoy the peace on large back porches, fire pits and picnic tables large enough for families. Nestled on secluded wooded lots and have plenty of room for vehicles, boats, trailers, pets, and most importantly, privacy. 1 boat slip is included per cabin rental. The Fox Den

What’s the big deal about tiny houses? Come see for yourself. The Fox Den is the perfect blend of cabin and camping. A comfortable Queen bed sits in the loft saving plenty of room downstairs for a spacious bathroom with shower, kitchen, and living room with fold out couch. Outside is a large gas grill, fire pit and picnic tables. Everything you need for the perfect lakeside vacation.

Each site offers privacy and close proximity to bathroom. Water and 30amp power is currently available in sites 1-5 and 11. Max. length allowed is 35'. We allow tents on RV sites at the $47/night price and includes water and 30amp power. 2 tents max and 4 people are allowed on RV sites. Rates are per night plus tax.

Our rustic campsites are private and include a fire ring and picnic table. Each site offers privacy and close proximity to bathroom. There is a maximum of 2 tents allowed on each site and 4 people. The sites are large enough to accommodate RVs but HOOK-UPS ARE CURRENTLY AVAILABLE IN SITES 1-5 and 11 ONLY. Please make sure if you are looking for power and water you are booking one of those sites. Max. length allowed is 35'. $32 - Rates are per night plus tax.

Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Cabin was well stocked and had most of what we needed. The fireworks show on the 4th was excellent!

Was a great place to stay, little hard to find if using GPS no signal. Looks like a few years old mostly everything still looks new or reallllly well taken care of....tip all dirt road if your on motorcycle.

This campsite is TUCKED away behind a long dirt road and is the definition of peace and quiet. While you have very little service (if any), that's actually an upside. I felt like I was actually able to relax and disconnect from the world. The sites are rather large and open with everything you need within walking distance. The staff was amazing and accommodating of everything. 100% will be returning
