Sights are a little tight, but a very peaceful park.

Beautiful oceanview with central fire area. Met some very friendly seasonal campers. No office or greeting upon entrance. No direction as to facilities, pool, garbage. Hookups on both sides of camper far apart. A lot of road noise if spot upfront

No manager, owner lives in Florida. Reserved our spot online and was already taken when we arrived. It was a mud pit trailer park with rv spots. Had decks, but were falling apart making tripping hazards. Pictures online make it look nice, but it’s janky!!! Will not be recommending or staying again!

not a real rv place, mostly seasonal...sites were nice ENOUGH but we had to switch sites after settling in due to the loss of electric to our site. no one was there to "check us in" so we drove our rv to a place where we had to back out. the seasonal dwellers seem to have to do the management job. your reservation site was confusing, looked like we had site 30 when it was actually 2. the pool was under renovation and there was no one working on it. but - you can't get enough of the sunset... probably will not go there again.

The park is in disrepair. The gravel pads need more gravel and leveling. There are many campers that are run down. No office for check in. The club house is basically a storage room. With the rain the camper w as sitting in standing water as there has been no care to level the gravel pads. There is fallen tree branches and stumps begin the front building. The house on the right has a broken shutter just hanging off it. Electrical wires hanging loose and dropping down. It looks like a place no one cares about

Giving this a two but it could be a five. Great view but lots of room for improvement with maintenance and landscaping

Campground was a dump. Very pporly maintained.

We liked the park, and the long term campers we met. I tripped over a 2 ft high narrow unmarked grounding rod sticking up next to our RV. I did a face plant but luckily was not hurt. The park could benefit from some maintenance.

Everything was great, except the sewer was not good to go. Turned out the pipe was just stuck in the dirt. After a little checking and clearing out the actual sewer hole. Everything emptied fine where it should. Other than that, stay was great, peaceful and very enjoyable. Plus got to see niagra falls via maid of the mist and some hiking.

This location is a scam. The representation is false in the booking page, there isn't even a site #30 and according to residents (permanent), everyone says they booked site #30 when they arrive probably because it shows you right by the water. The fact is there are 4 or so sites right next to a very busy 55mph road that they expect you to stay in. The conditions of this place are atrocious as well. There is overhead electrical lines hanging into the "sites" that look very dangerous and 100% out of code. The water hookups look to be out of code as well with connections literally at ground level with no signs of back flow prevention devices. Apparently the owner is rarely on site and is off at school and his primary job, whatever that is, so there was no one to speak with about these issues. In short, no I did not stay here and had to go look for another location after just completing an 8.5 hours drive. Very, very disappointed! Would love a refund of this very expensive booking but don't imagine that will happen judging from the condition of this establishment. Campspot should also do better research and when alerted to such conditions I would hope, remove this from their search. There is a very nice State Park just down the road at less than half the cost called 4 Mile Creek State Park, maybe add that instead.

We were 10 feet from hwy 18. There was no picnic table or fire pit. The bathroom was terrible. The campsite was not labeled so had to guess which one was ours. No one around to check with other than the seasonal guests.

Location was great to visit Niagara Falls.
