Could use some clean up in areas. Campground had construction going on around the weekend sites. Fire rings had garbage in it. Everyone in the campground was friendly and nice. More of a seasonal campground

The lot I was assigned was steep and didn't provide a level area for a camper. Required lots of blocks to level. Sites are not private, no foliage or trees to provide privacy from the neighbors.

Good value overall. Could have done with less construction traffic. Not sure what they were working on. Would have been nice if the office was open every day, other than on the weekends.

Lack of comprise for a short stay, environment was just unkept with piles of garbage. Just not the quality of atmosphere I desired.

The people at this campground are super friendly and the lake is awesome for kayaking. The campground and facilities were clean and well-maintained. The sites could be a bit more level, but that is minor.

This campground was not overly clean. We arrived at our site to find bottle caps, wrappers and other pieces of garbage. I will say the pool is great and a saving grace for this campground.

Loved that it was dog friendly. It was a nice accommodation to be upgraded because of the other cabin not being available. I wish there were trails to walk our dogs. A lot of private property and that restricted the places we could go to. I would have liked to have curtains on all of the windows and doors for privacy. The cabin was very nice great view. Very relaxing. Nice owner. Would stay again!!!!!

Several messages left to confirm late check in without any response. Arrived to a Barron spot. No trees no grass. All sand and mud. Space must have recently flooded, as any attempt at mulch was mixed in a muddy sandy mess. . Next AM requested to be moved which was received with a firm no. Then was awakened next AM with camp staff fixing all spaces around ours again nothing provided to us. If you enjoy showing with spiders this is your place. But you have to also enjoy constantly having male staff pound on your bathroom and shower. Then we were treated like zoo animals. All permanent campers walked or drove by to look at the weekenders. The only interaction with owners was to rent a canoe with broken oars, life jackets too small and to be scolded for driving 10 mile per hr 5 foot from the main gate. The lake was beautiful and the canoe floated.

This is a great little campground. It doesn’t exactly have the best curb appeal especially with Evergreen so close by, but I know they are working on that. Everyone (including the seasonal people) was SO friendly. They all raved about having sites there especially because of all the new amenities the owners are adding over the next several years. The on-site bar is very small and only serves beer, seltzers, and other canned drinks, but we had so much fun there! They had a DJ and karaoke, and again, the seasonals made it a great time. Give this place a chance. We will be back again.
