Located on our beautiful, wooded Camp-Resort and only a short distance away from Androscoggin Lake, this expansive house is the ideal family vacation spot! Three Bear’s Den sleeps up to 16 and features 4 bedrooms (master bedroom features a king bed and 2 pull-out beds, 1st floor bedroom includes one full bed, another 1st floor bedroom includes 2 twin bunk beds, and the basement room has 2 full/twin bunk beds.) Amenities include a spacious entertainment room with a fireplace, a living room, bar, basement, AC/heating, and a kitchen with high-top seating, refrigerator, sink, 6-burner stovetop & oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and dishwasher. Lots of activities for kids, great staff, clean and hot showers, spacious camp sites. Told by one worker " no worms for fishing today, tomorrow". Told by other next day..."no worms"...disappointed kid. $25. for one hour kayak rental expensive.

Very kid friendly! We had a great weekend camping over Labor Day. Just a few things- the campground was covered in brown tail moth and our site was covered in old cigarettes all over the ground that was never cleaned up before we got there. Not fun when our kids were finding them and asking what they were trying to pick them up.
