Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park™ Camp-Resort: Akron-Canton — Reviews

The place was clean and one of the better looking campgrounds we camped in this year. We wish we had more time to explore there.

We enjoyed being on a site our whole rig fit upon. Our neighbor enjoyed his music all day, but respected quiet hours. Some daytime traffic noise quickly subsided to almost-nothing. Daily activities for kids were appreciated, as was the professional enthusiasm of every employee we contacted. We will return and enjoy a buddy site with other camping friends, and a cabin for some non-camping friends. We also visited Hartville flea market and the annual Ravenna BalloonAFair.

I can't say the campsite is perfect, it's pretty obvious some things are old and could use updating, but it looks like a lot has been updated in the last few years, too. The staff is what made it great, for what it is (a pretty tight campground with a half old/half new pool and water activities to keep kids happy) everything was run perfectly. Between the pool, mini golf, and the playgrounds (who doesn't love a giant tube to roll down the hill in?) The kids probably couldn't have had a better time.

The pool and the water in the mini golf area was disgusting. The pool looks like it's never been cleaned. The water in the mini golf had probably 2 inches of algae growing in it. No food at the concession just ice cream. Not sure if we'll go back.

Long walk from car for me to unload because I have weak heart , wish I was aware I would have booked a different spot , had bee nest in ground next to site, bathrooms locked first night , had to drive to another bathroom at 11 pm , we loved meeting Mark he is a wonderful first class asset to your camp ground

Staff was supremely friendly. Park was clean and there is a lot to do for kids. Activities every 15-30 minutes or so for campers. You can get a really good value if you have a family of 4 and take advantage of all of the amenities. We will be back for sure. The only recommendation I could make is to expand the RV supplies in the camp store. They cover maybe 1/4 of the basics and people forget things, break things, etc. quite frequently when camping.

Service was good, park was good, campsite was clean and easily accessible. Park had tons of activities for all age groups. Water park is always good.

We had a great time! Can’t wait to come back!

It was a nice clean place to take kids. Pool was nice, could be bigger and warmer. Enjoyed the mini golf. Biggest drawback for me were the high prices in the food area. Crazy high. I doubt thst we will return.

This resort is very family-oriented with great amenities! There are many activities for family members of all ages! We will be coming back here again!
