It was very rlaxing.I was able to not think about work at all.And the staff was amazing nice...

The campground is well kept big spots very relaxing

I would like to recognize Harvey and Morgan. I am handicapped and normally my husband unpacked our entire car. He hurt his back in the staff helped unload our entire car into the cabin. Later in the weekend, I had items delivered via Amazon, and Morgan was kind to bring the package to the cabin. The entire staff is beyond kind and always willing to go the extra mile, especially for those who need a little bit of help… And in this case this past weekend, a lot of help.

The WiFi was pretty no existent. Don’t advertise for something you don’t provide. The pans provided in the cabin should have been discarded. They were excessively worn and the coating scratched is harmful if ingested. The grounds were nice and clean. Checkin and checkout was easy.

Everything was great as to the people the location, the amenities, etc. only slight negative was the showers were small, and shower heads were not good. Floor also was soaking wet but not at all a discouragement!

Bathrooms could use more attention. When you are camping in a tent it is important.

Kids had a blast! Facility clean and staff very friendly! Will be coming back next summer! Thanks!!

We were happy with the campground itself -- well taken care of and clean. But there were a few people on golf carts who seemed irresponsible when riding around on Friday and Saturday nights -- blaring music and openly drinking while driving the cart.

Lots of things for kids to do. The store did not have alot of cold food to purchase( eggs, milk, OJ, bacon). All the staff was very pleasant with the exception of one person at the reservation desk.

Site was great! Very nice campground! Would stay here again. All paved campground roads, well maintained. We didn’t have children with us, but campground has many activities for children - pool, water slides, various game areas.

Great campground. A couple things to improve: need consistent Internet; teach store staff how to handle transaction's in camp store when Internet is down— I could not even buy a bag of ice this weekend when the Internet was down and I had cash; get stricter on speed of golf carts. You need camera’s and a security officer that could identify such behavior and get it stopped. I watched a line of golf carts speed together through the entire site twice this weekend. I thought they were done after the first pass… it was late so I headed to my cabin. I was about 10 yards from my cabin when the first golf cart sped past means the others close behind. I was lucky they did not hit me. Improve the waste system. On holiday’s it seems their system struggles to handle waste with pump trucks being needed. A longer term solution is needed. Everything else about the site is great along with location. Great cabins. Staff is very nice.

The safari tent we stayed in was full of bugs and it was absolutely filthy. The people who worked there were definitely nice, especially our maintenance guy. He had to be called a few times because our dehumidifier wasn’t working. But the place was terrible, with trash everywhere. The pool was absolutely filthy and the water was cloudy. People were also extremely loud even after quiet hours as quiet hours wasn’t enforced.

First all the young women that work there are great- friendly and attentive but even though we waited until 3:00 check-in our campsite wasn't ready. We had to move 2 picnic tables in order to access our pull through site and the fire pit was never cleaned out (filled with previous owners garbage), the pool water was beyond luke warm and even though they had cold water supply they never refreshed it so it wasn't great to swim in and the pool area was not kept clean ( se saw multiple bandaids on the ground along with other trash), trash always overflowing, next to nothing in the food wise in the store. not a lot for the kids to do especially at night. After we pulled in we saw 2 round tables at the site next to ours ( and it looked like every site had one of these tables in addition to the picnic table)so we brought one over figured nothing else was set up so it was ours- then the maintenance guy stops to tell us you know thats not your table and we have to take it someone moves in next to you- meantime the park is 80% vacant. its just a weird vibe there that no one is in charge there- luckily the young crew that works there is solid or else the place would be a disaster.

This was our first family vacation with our daughter son in law and our granddaughter. We had a blast!!!!! It rained some but it didn’t stop us! We will be back!

Love everything about this place, except the sandy dirt at the site —- made for a mess especially with the weather. Would be so much better with gravel or slabs.

Excellent customer service from arrival to departure. Variety of activities and facilities available.
