Got to campsite and had no running water. By the water hookups there was a ton of water and mud like something had leaked under ground. Called the front desk and they sent over the maintenance guys. These two guys were awesome. But told me they didn’t know why they put me in this site because it was shut down for a broken water pipe under ground. They ran a long hose to another campsite and got me hooked up. Called front office to see if there was anything they could do for the inconvenience and was just offered another campsite. But I wasn’t going to move because I was fully setup. The bathrooms in this place are disgusting!!! Definitely not cleaned regularly. Not many extra activities for kids like I have seen at other yogis. Also in the game room almost half of the arcade machines were shut off. I’ve stayed at other yogis and this one is definitely the worst and not up to the standard that the yogi campgrounds usually have. Do yourself a favor and find another campground.

Peaceful and a nice site

Well the weather was bad it was cold , the event didn't happen. There are changes by the new owners that my family and others I talked to don't like, the new cost for having dogs, no trash pick up, no delivery of fire wood, and I could go on.

The office closed at 4pm, the young kids were riding way too fast on the golf carts with no supervision. The people behind me, their dog barked and day and night. So annoying. I have always enjoyed yogi at this location. However this stay was not the best.

It was ok- we just stopped for the night and it’s a busy family park. Two negatives- make sure you bring a really long water hose. Your water hook ups may or may not be at your actual site. Second negative was having very loud neighbors past quiet hours. They were clearly drunk so I didn’t want to confront them myself. I called the after hours number and no one answered. Very frustrating.

Camp ground was clean and a lot to do for the kids!

The first two nights it was quite noisy. The second two nights it was much better.

I have never been to a Campground where the Employees were the friendliest I have ever met. I loved it, my Grandkids loved it. We had such a awesome time there. We enjoyed every aspect of our camping experience. Thank you all for making this the most enjoyable weekend.

I traveled with my family and our cabin was great! The kids really loved the bunk room that they stayed in and the shower for the cabin was wonderful. We had great weather, so we were able to participate in all of the cool Halloween activities. The reverse tye-dye craft was so cool!! We really loved the shirts and pumpkins we brought home. It was our first Jellystone visit but we will go back! Thanks for an awesome stay.

Awesome customer service! Awesome site for my 40 foot toy hauler RV! Awesome campers we met so many nice people and even the kids were respectful and spoke! WOW! My wife and I are empty nesters and we had an awesome time! Can’t get no better than that….we will definitely be back! And I thought the park was just for kids!?! Lol

Great service, super friendly staff, overall a good experience! Not one issue during my stay

Big improvements since we last visited. Loved that the pool amd waterpark were still open past Labor Day and having the food trucks was great for us when we were at the pool.

We had a very level, wide site with a tree that provided ample shade. The maintenance people were great. When we arrived, we had two holes that were conveniently located at the bottom of our steps. The maintenance people quickly went and got some dirt to fill these holes so that no one could injury themselves. My grandkids loved the pool, the water amenities and the large jumping pillow. The only problem was there were a lot of flies but thankfully we had a Big Bag Fly Trap which helped capture a lot of them. We already booked for next year.

It was a mice stay for the most part however the activities were more done on Fridays and Saturdays. The bathrooms were not as kept up as they should have been. I went to the new bathhouse more than once there was no toilet paper. I also witnessed a staff member that looked like she was going to clean the bathrooms, just open the door look and walk away even though they definitely needed to be cleaned. She was more worried about being on her phone.
