I am holding off on providing the details for now and allowing Yogi Bear the opportunity to address the issues I have sent in detail privately.

The beach and surrounding area is pretty littered.

Floors need to be redone as they are coming up by the door areas, weather stripping on front door needs to be placed, and our ac was not running efficiently when we walked in. I asked front desk girl to call someone when we went to dinner to look at our freon levels, but it didn't feel any different when we came back.

Clean, easy in and out.

Over all great stay, some of the things did not work in the cabin.

the park it self was very good but the campgrounds need a lot of up keep, the electric on most of the sights were not working and the one we reserved didn't work at all and wass moved to another and the amps were so low that we could not are a/c and fans at the same time. The cabin that our kids had rented was not what we were told it would be. With all this being said we would go back but only for a day trip not to stay in the park

Outdoor activities were good. The cabin was smaller than anticipated. The loft is a joke. WAY too small and super hot! Ceiling fan didn't work to help circulate air. We ended up leaving a day early because our boys had no where to sleep. Also be prepared to hear trains all day and night.
