Lots to do, planned activities for the kids was well thought out, everything was very clean, and fantastic ice cream!

We had a 2 year old with us. A pool for this age group would have been great. Otherwise, everything was great.

We had an amazing time! The only thing I did not like was that you had to register for certain things and that it wasn’t at one location to register.

We really enjoyed all of the amenities and everything was clean. The only down side was that our very rustic camp site was all mud and dirt, no grass like in the picture. Any time something fell on the ground, it got filthy. Other than that, we had a great time.

Site was wonderful. Stay was lovely. Only issues I had was internet was not working over the weekend. Assuming it was because it was crowded. Worked great come Monday after everyone left. Cable tv never worked. And only 3 digital air channels. Cell service was none existent as soon as I pulled in the park. But it is camping. Just made working remote difficult. So four stars

We stayed from Friday thru Tuesday. The weekend was great but when Monday came along everything was closed down. No splash park No lazy river No ice cream stand No inflatable pillows- they kept them deflated I would never have stayed Monday into Tuesday.

Very friendly staff, super clean facilities, lots of great things to do for kids and adults, will come back time and time again!!!

About an hour into the splash pad being opened on Saturday it closed for the remainder of the weekend. When we addressed it with the staff at Jellystone they flippantly said oh well we have other pools. While this is an accurate statement, for someone with young children, the splash pad and pool are not one in the same. Laser tag was also down for the entire time we were there. We had no cell service and the wifi rarely worked (which is fine normally) however to access the activity sheet you need to scan a QR code and view it online. This is our third time visiting and overall, our group of 18 was thoroughly disappointed.

Stove burner wasn't working, shower head wasn't releasing enough water, bathroom sink was clogged.

Our cabin had ants, but otherwise it was a great time.

Most things were up and running. Lazy river down last 2 weeks. No peddle karts, no kayaks, still no RC track despite being on the map. Hours on the app sometimes did not match reality. Grass on our site was not trimmed the whole month we were there until the day we were leaving. Place was very busy and we noticed many people without wristbands even in the pool area. Seemed very crowded on Saturday. Tiki bar just started refusing to take orders.
