It was clean, and there was so much to do. Debbie at the Scouts Table made our stay very enjoyable because she told us everything we should check out and she worked so hard to make sure we were taken care of. She’s a big reason why we will be back.

restaurants closed without notice, staff was very rude and acted miserable working. Customer service has gone down hill. We have stayed several times and had a wonderful experience. This one was the worst.

The site needed a major revamp. Mother Nature has done her worst on the hill where these lakefront treehouses are sitting, and there is a lot of erosion. The rocking chairs are falling apart, one of the burners on the stovetop was not working at all, and both are bent and warped. Our neighbors used the pavilion to cook breakfast, so I assume they had a similar issue with their stovetop. I didn't report the issue because we were only there for 1 night, but for the prices you charge, I'd think you'd have funds to fix up the area a little bit. At the pool... wow, I've been coming to this campground for the past 5 years at least once a year, and I've never seen it so busy, people were actually fighting over the tables with umbrellas. There were quite a few umbrellas missing from the tables. Again, I would think you could afford to replace them. Parking at the pool was another major issue; there is an entire area dedicated to golf carts, but people with golf carts were taking up spaces for the cars, which was super frustrating. I hate to say it, but I think your campground has outgrown its amenities and is now just overcrowded and not enjoyable. The staff, however, always receives 5 stars. Everyone is kind and helpful, and even during a heat wave of 110 degrees, they kept smiles on their faces.

Our trip was absolutely amazing! The lake, waterpark and all of the activities were so fun! Sam at the icecream stand was so kind! Everyone was so helpful.

Jellystone was great. Rain not so much.

The park is lovely other than the WiFi not working and there being no cell service at all near spot 227. The golf cart would shut off randomly despite having a full battery. The folks at check in don't explain anything to you....this was our first time at this particular Jellystone so we didn't know where to go, had to ask for the kids package that we paid extra for and how to redeem the items included. Since there was no WiFi and no cell service we couldn't view the activity calendar from our phones at the campsite. While spot 227 was great we wont stay in it again and will opt for something higher up so perhaps we will have service.

We absolutely love our annual trip in the fall! This year we had 32 people. There is so much to do and it's a wonderful experience.

Terrible customer service. employees do not interact with guests. Would not look at you when speaking to hem at the desk.

Everything as advertised. Excellent except the WiFi did not meet expectations.

The rv spot was ok. Water pressure was 20lb. My biggest complaint was that they told us about a Halloween package for our grandson. We had reservations from Thursday to Saturday. I paid the $51 for the package. The store or anything didn't open Thursday and then the 1st thing to open Friday was at 2pm. That is when we found out the Halloween events were scheduled for Saturday afternoon. I paid $51 for a plastic pumpkin and Dollar Tree trinkets. Ask during checkout and said he would check with manager. No partial refund or any response.

Very nice campground, very well keep. A lot of nice amenities and friendly staff.

Had so much fun. Will we going back, i think I had more fun than my 4 year old daughter. Employees were incredible, and extremely friendly and helpful.

comment: My husband and I (78 and 72 years old) rented for the first time at the Jellystone park Golden Valley. We booked in December a lake view Tree Top cabin. On the first night, i fell going down the many stairs to the bathroom and hurt my left rib cage. I called the office and a very nice person, ROSE, helped us move out of the treetop cabin into a cabin without stairs and with a bathroom inside. She carried our luggage, because I was feeling very hurt. ROSE really saved our vacation with kids and grandkids, as we were about to leave to go back home and cancel the rest of our reservation. She deserves an award! And the management is to be congratulated for policies that show how much they care for guests staying here!

Very nice place to stay. A lot to do for the whole family! We loved it. Even the rain didn't ruine it. Ty

Very nice establishment, plenty of things to do to keep busy, spacious enough to relax and enjoy camping. Water pressure was quite low on the Red Carpet Pull Through sites. Nightly rates are expensive. Not sure $1k is worth one weekend of fun.

Everything about the stay was wonderful. The park was clean and well maintained. Every member of the staff that we came into contact with was very helpful and friendly. And, the fact that the campground unexpectedly opened the amenities for Spring Break was an added bonus. My family cannot wait to return!
