We absolutely love Jellystone Guadalupe!!! The people are so friendly staff & campers! We enjoy all the amenities they have for children of all ages.

Staff was super friendly, all amenities were clean and in working order. The only downside is that everything closed early but we stayed during their off season so it was understandable.

Always a great time here to spend with family and friends. Staff are always nice and helpful

Third visit to this Jellystone park in Kerrville. Kids love the splash area in particular over others we have visited. Unfortunately, 2 of the 4 days we were there they had to close the water park splash area because an irresponsible parent did not have a swim diaper on their young child. There need to be larger signs stating swim diapers are necessary. The few signs that state this are small and easy to miss. Park was surprisingly empty for Memorial Day week. Had a minor issue with the power pedestal. One leg of the 50A outlet kept cutting out. Luckily, since it was not busy, was able to get power of empty site nextdoor. Park maintenance replaced the bad circuit breaker the next morning. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The sites are well maintained and level. Lots of activities for kids of all ages. They need to list the movies playing for movie nights.

The price no longer matches the experience. I think the high prices have caused a lot of people to go elsewhere leaving by the park less than half full even during holidays and spring break. Without people, the park feels dead. It’s no longer fun.

Everything was perfect as always!! Wish the pools had a heater on the outside. The splash pad for toddlers is always cold even in the hot summer. But otherwise we love the activity center for crafts for toddlers as she always enjoys that. Arcade could use some work on some of the machines that were not working for winning prizes for little ones when it was not a swim day. But we love camping at Jelly Stone. Thank you.

Great!! Our almost 2 year enjoyed all the activities! And the staff was extremely nice, as always. We love Jellystone!

Stay was Great. Water Zone was a hit. Staff was friendly and helpful. Can't wait until next time.

Pricing: The pricing during COVID when the park was full made sense. It makes less sense now that the park is less than half full. Activities: The team running the activities did a terrific job, but I was surprised by the limited number of activities in the evenings compared to trips past. My Trip: Hopefully it was an isolated incident, but I was hit in the head by a chain when a swinging park bench collapsed under a tree. It seems there’s some deferred maintenance in the park that needs to be addressed. The hit to the head my first night did make the remaining days uncomfortable.

Everything was great. Staff was very friendly. Bar at Pool Area is great. Bar at Pub is great. Kids had great time in water park and at karaoke.

This campground was a chance finding for a place to see the 2024 eclipse, but we got way more than we expected. We had so much fun we are looking at trying the Jellystone closer to home in California. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and my kids spent their whole day at the water park in spite of the cooler weather. Definitely recommend.

Epic weekend!

Cabins are a great size for parents and kids. My kids love the loft! We had an amazing time fishing, playing in the splash pad, the jumping pillow, and all the fun activities that Hannah and Peyton plan. The store staff is so friendly! Misty and Trudy were so helpful and knowledgeable about the park. Faith is the best barista and my kids said she was so nice to them when they bought their bear sundaes. The park was so clean! We spoke to Michael when we arrived and later he and David helped us teach our kids to fish. The Staff is amazing here. We had a great time and can’t wait to come back this summer!

Quick checkin & checkout system. Cleanliness of cabin. Was surprised it had dishes & utensils. That was a plus for my family. Security was top priority & we appreciated it. Will recommend to others. Loved the activities at the recreation hall. Granddaughters really liked Cindy Bear.

It’s so large, scenic, and has activities for young and old.
