Front desk lady with red hair was very rude. Ask her a question and she act like it was a bother. We left early because of the hurricane and went to inform them. First thing she said was you’re not getting your money back. I understood the rules and wasn’t asking for my money back because we had to leave. I was just informing her because our place in Florida was damaged and we had to leave. I have been to a lot of the Yogi parks and have never been treated this way. We were not informed of the Halloween on the weekend therefore we had nothing to pass out to the kids. Should have been informed. We thought that was unacceptable. I suggest you train your staff to be more polite and keep guest informed of everything happening at the park. Totally unacceptable behavior on the parks staff

RV spot was clean and roomy. The staff super friendly and helpful. The park itself was very clean and well maintained.

I requested a specific spot, because I didn't pay the extra $30 to save that spot, I did not get it. No one used that spot while I was there. I know because I was camped next to it

So clean. Everyone was friendly. Tons for kiddos to do. I’m a fan!

Very nice campground and beautiful scenery. Very clean. The staff is terrific. Close by to town. Kid friendly. Dog friendly. Would recommend highly.

The bathrooms were clean and the camp spots were spacious and woodsy.

The stay general was excellent. The camps sites are large in parking with no issue. The waterpark is fantastic. The only issue that we noticed was there was a little to no staff for any events and they appeared to be not into making them work. For one instance, lemonade event had 1 gallon of lemonade and no cups, for how little that would have to be invested to make that event better do it!.That is a specific example of one disappointment. The store is very decent and well stocked. Easy and easy out. I only gave it a three star because most jelly stones we’ve stayed at have knocked everything out of the park, but this one just doesn’t do it or they’re not there yet.

Just too expensive. Needs updating

It’s a nice place this was our 4th visit in 9 years. But it’s expensive and a lot activities require extra cash. Kind of nickel and dime you for things. Bathhouses are nice with air conditioning but showers need more hooks or a place to sit things. Pool closes too early 8 pm would be better. Wearing the armbands are uncomfortable too.

Seems the resort is falling off when it comes to the amenities, customer service, and overall care of the customers.

Clean, comfortable cabin. Great activities for the kids.
