The oven didn't work in the unit. We brought pizzas. I went up the first day to mention this and they said they'd send someone down. That person didn't stop down till 24 hours later. Turns out the part wasn't coming till the day we were leaving. Would have been nice to be notified of this since we brought pizzas to make the first night and everyone was hangry. They let my husband sign the paper about the no 12 year old driving the golf cart rule. Which imo was dumb. It was in my name so I should have been the one looking at the paper and signing it. If I would have known I wouldn't have let him drive. He drives quads, dirt bikes and dune buggies. So I didn't find him driving an issue. He drives better than my husband. Then they took the key without even telling me about it so then I was frantically looking for it for about 20 minutes., then I had to unload the cart far from where I was camped and carry everything over to the camp. That really is no way to run things.

Due to the fact that you named all your campsites with the same names and only at the end there is a difference in the name of the city, I mixed up the campsites and went to the wrong one where I booked a place, in the end I lost 400 dollars!

Rated4.0out of 5Great!
When we arrived, AC was not blowing- we just figured it was set high, unloaded and turned the temp down to let it work and went to enjoy the grounds. Get back in the evening to wind down for bed with a baby and toddler, our cabin is 78° still and AC is still not working at this point the store was closed so we just suffered through the night. First night was miserable- but they were quick to get to our cabin and fix the AC when we went up and told them first thing the next morning. We enjoyed the remainder of the stay.
