Staff were very friendly. Dryers took a long time to dry. The train ride was very fun.

Low limbs of trees hit the roof of our motor home. RVs were cramped because sites were so close. Streets between rvs very narrow

We love winter camping at Jellystone Waller. With the pool closed, the kids all gather and play games together. Lots of activities going on so I can relax while the kids play.

We LOVED our new cabin. It was welled planned and had lots of storage. But we are very unhappy that there were so many changes and cancellations of some of the fun things we come to Yogi for. This was our 8th year at Yogi and every year seems to get better and better. But this year was kinda disappointing. And there were others we met who felt the same. 1. Water park was not opened at all on Thursday and only the smaller half without the Lazy River was open on Friday. We were told it was because of staffing problems but there are signs all around that there are NO LIFEGUARDS ON DUTY. We were here last year when the little girl almost drowned, because her mother and grand mother could not be bothered to watch her. It was not the fault of the park or its staff. It is a shame that those of us who come early and stay late are penalized because of the laziness of some parents. 2. The food was not near as good as it has been in the past and the choices were much abbreviated. The pizza was bland and flavorless and many favorites were missing, including the fried pickles and the cheese nachos. This was not the fault of staff. They can only do so much with what they are given. 3. At the very last minute, the Sunday pancake breakfast was cancelled. This was a huge disappointment as my grand daughters look forward to it every year. No explanation as to what happened and not even a sign put up to advise about it. We had to go into the Rec Center to find out what happened. 4. You lost a lot of money by not making the paddle boats and the Lazer Tag available. The reason we were told is because of the Haunted Trail, but the paddle boats could easily have been used and a simple road block put up a little further up the trail to keep curious souls from wandering. There was no where on the website that indicated that the paddle boats and lazer tag would not be available. 5. Even your staff were not aware of hour changes, program changes and cancellations. One person would tell us one thing and another something else. We would get to the site and hear something entirely different. This is the first year we have questioned if we will be coming back next year. That is a shame. We hope that the problems are worked out soon as Yogi has been a wonderful experience in the past and we hope it will continue to be in the future. My grand daughters even talk about bringing their own kids to Yogi, when they grow up. We have always given you five stars in the past, but this year its just three.

The place was really great. Only issue we had is that the camp site was full of ants everywhere. Was hard to sit outside and enjoy so we spent most of our time in the camper instead of at the picnic table.

I think there could be more to do for older kids, I think you can add more stuff to the ranger store.

They raised their prices but took out several different amenities. They also added cabins and RV camping sites. The majority of the cabins were under construction and maybe only half of the camping sites were full but all of the pool areas were over crowded. One of the days we were there I was washing dishes and the plumbing under the kitchen sink busted causing very hot water to spray everywhere. It was a good thing my son knew where to turn the water off outside because the cutoff under the sink didn’t work. The cabin floor flooded and I was left to clean it up. The water pressure wash unreliable one minute you had decent pressure and the next it was at a trickle. I’m sure that is one reason why the pipe burst because I had a little more than a trickle and all of a sudden it was full pressure.
