Stayed in site 226 and cannot recommend it. It was so uneven that we had to go buy more leveling blocks at the local Walmart down the road, and a step stool to even reach the first step of our camper staircase. Even our wheel chocks on one side were useless as the tires were sitting on the leveling blocks above it. Not very safe with small children. The sewage hookup was also uphill and the rear of our camper sat nearly on top of the embankment behind us. It was very difficult to empty our tanks. We were there over a holiday weekend for the second time this year, and each time there were different issues we had with the campground management. Most of the staff are kids, like I mean legitimately kids (13-18 most likely). I believe the youngest ones are the owner’s kids/family. This leads to campers, both kids and adults alike, not following the rules, especially at the water park. I saw one security guard that was clearly an adult, but one person cannot police the thousand plus people in the campground. Literally there were parents fighting at the waterpark and staff could not control the situation. If there is an activity scheduled it’s generally very disorganized, and they either always run out of supplies or run short on the time (activity never runs the length of scheduled time) due to lack of staff availability. We’ve tried this place out 3 times over the past year due to how close it is to our residence, but unless it’s the off-season we won’t be coming back due to the chaotic nature of the place when it’s full.

I would have gave a 5-star rating, but all the park amenities were not open even though the home page of their website at the top clearly said "all water park amenities were open. " The big water slides, the cafe, the mini-boats, and the general store were not open Monday through Thursday of our stay. We would not have booked if the website had indicated all those things were going to be closed. We only found out when we pulled up to the office and saw paper signs taped to the door with "new hours of operation" for the above things. Disappointed to say the least!

The Reservationest used poor Judgement when selecting site 203 for a family with four children with minimal space to play between the camper and the road. They shouldn’t rent this site until the fix the flooding issues, after it rains as soon as you step off the steps of your camper your ankle deep in Red mud and water. I didn’t complain in front of the children I wanted them to enjoy the park and have fun . We do enjoy this park the staff was very nice and helpful

I was hammock camping for 4 nights at a tent site, prepaid and reserved. The second day of my stay they took my hammock down because of a lack of activity. When I returned to my site at around 9 pm I was quite surprised to find my hammock and sleeping bag missing. They did put me up in a cabin that night free of charge and they did return my hammock and sleeping bag the next day. But it makes no sense for them to have taken it down in the first place.

Enjoyed my stay. Wish it could've been longer.

The cabins were incredibly clean, quiet, and well-equipped with linens, towels, a full kitchen, and a screened porch—everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. There was no shortage of things to do! We loved the little store, and there were tons of daily activities for the kids, plus an outdoor cinema, playground, swimming pool, and more. It truly felt like the perfect family getaway. The only downside was the WiFi—it was very difficult to watch TV or use our phones without relying on cellular data, which also wasn’t very strong. Overall, we made so many wonderful memories with our family and pups, and we would absolutely come back again!

We had a great time, but it was truly a bomber not to have internet for the whole trip.

The cabin was nice, clean , well stocked. I loved all the amenities offered and look forward tobthe new attractions to open this summer. I am already planning another stay...

Stayed over Easter weekend. Campsites are small and cramped. Our neighbors were very inconsiderate and the park rules were not enforced. Their large dogs were chained outside their campsite and were walking all over our patio area at all times of the day when we were trying to enjoy it. One was a golden doodle, the other a hound that howled that hound call at dawn each morning. The Easter egg hunt was a joke. Not nearly enough eggs for the kids who participated. And again, someone rudely picked up half the eggs with their granddaughter before the hunt even got started and most of the small children got nothing. Very disappointed. We won’t be back for a holiday like that again.

We arrived at 3:45pm with a 45ft fifth wheel. They do not offer site escorts (which normally isn't a problem except parents weren't watching their children and we were constantly waving kids off the road so we could pass them). Paid extra for the cement slab pull thru spot, but what they don't tell you about those spots is in order to get onto that cement slab you have to pull your rig up a 30 foot gravel path on a 45 degree slope and up a 4 inch cement wall. The road is filled with massive potholes that instead of fixing, they simply spray painted yellow around them. The pool was nice, but otherwise this campground leaves a lot to be desired and thankfully we didn't leave with damage. Definitely would not recommend for anyone who drives anything over 30 feet.

Awesome place with a friendly staff! Lots of stuff to do. Can’t wait to comeback when the water park is finished!
