Zen Monkey RV Retreat

The spot they assigned to me was very tight between two RVs so I called and they were nice enough to let me park in the empty grassy lot across from my site. The bathroom and shower were so so - could have been cleaner. It was nice that they had a washer and dryer on site and they only charge $1.50 for the washer (but you must have quarters). There were quite a lot of cars going up the drive to the house next to the property, and a “neighbor” came out and was shooting birds or squirrels or something.

Loved our stay at Zen Monkey RV Resort. Quiet, clean, and super well‑run. The staff is kind, the grounds are tidy, and the whole place has a peaceful vibe. We’ll definitely be back.

The area appears to be primarily long term residents. There was a rusty firepit, bathrooms were disgusting and filthy also they were locked and had to call for a code to use. We pulled in late and had to wait till morning to get code. They quote price then asked for an extra $15 to hold your spot. I would have rather parked at a truck stop.
