Love the people and it’s so quiet

Zephyr Palms is more than an RV Resort, it is a true community. Lots of activities and everyone is so friendly and helpful. We will definitely return here in the future. Prices are reasonable and the office staff are extremely helpful.

I enjoyed my one month stay. Some regulars are nice people and the events are well organized. The sites are a tight squeeze so if your a phone or in person talker or enjoy music, your neighbors will hear. Privacy is limited. Unfortunately, they don't have coin laundry so I had to go off site. The association members appear to take pride in their volunteer work and I appreciated several events. They have a great dog park and happy dog owners in the park. I felt the rate for a monthly stay could be reduced considering they have smaller lot sizes and cement pads. Be sure to have backup water in your motor home or travel trailer, in the event the water is unavailable for short interruptions. The New Walk Church next door so you will hear free entertainment a couple days a week. Great heated pool with a private comfort station. A nice mix of Canadians and USA snowbirds along with all year residential residents.

There's a church next to the RV park that is sooo loud. It's a constant base thump for hours. We found it so annoying as we were trying to have dinner with another couple and it happens nearly every night. The manager and other help were great!

Very clean, close to everything, and loved the pool

This is a beautiful camping resort. Clean, wry nice people, pool and showers and laundry. I had site 1D right next to the pool. The office staff was super helpful and sweet. It is my second visit and I will be back.

Narrow roads and sites. Hard to maneuver in and out. We have a 36' Class A with tow. Wanted pulling so we didn't have to unhook, but it left us barely able to hook our 50 amp cord given the location of the box. We were also directed to come down A and pull in to our site on B, that would have placed us going opposite of all the other rigs and would not have been able to hook up connection at all. So we went back out and down C. Difficult to get in and out of the site because of angles, closeness of all the rigs, narrow sites and drives. We had to go the opposite way of road direction to get out (we asked first and we're told, "happens all the time" just put hazards on). All that said, It is a beautiful park, the manager was very nice, and was perfect for our purpose. Would stay again if in the area.

This was a lovely Rv campground. Most seemed permanent or seasonal. When I was long term this would be where I pick. Well laid out, clean, neat, beautiful solar lights at night, pool although I left too early to swim. Sights spaced nicely. I didn’t see too many people as I just overnighted but all were friendly to me. I highly recommend!

Great, reasonably priced, full hook up place close to Wesley Chapel, Florida. Many long term residents that are nicely kept. Didn’t use the amenities but the dog park was very centrally located. Would def return to this out of the way RV Park.

Great checking in, staff was very helpful. The only reason I didn't give a 5, was because the sites were soooo small. Sitting on our patio, I could talk to my neighbor through his window. Lots of activities, nice pool.

Interesting situation here. It has a lot of positive reviews, and is nearly full - mostly seasonal/perm - but I found it not as great as all those glowing reviews, but mine was just an overnight, so I got what I needed. The water was out when I checked in about 1:30 pm, but she didn't tell me that. It was back on by evening. The lady in the office seemed overwhelmed with Amazon and me there at the same time. She was arguing with Amazon about how they are supposed to deliver. The site's electric box was on the wrong side, but had enough cord. The sewer lid had been sheered off at the top so I couldn't connect. Stuff like that. Some sites are really tight, some have more room. Do further research as I'm probably not the best to base a decision on.
