Plantation Oaks, Plant City, Florida

  • Included with all sites is water, sewer, 24-hour garbage disposal and use of facilities. Facilites include private mailboxes, laundry, clubhouse and restrooms with showers. 
  • Any advance booking is subject to next seasons rates.
  • A $250 electric deposit is required. Electricity will be billed monthly based on usage. Deposit will be applied to last electric bill after check out, and any remaining deposit balance will be refunded. 
  • Check in:1:00pm. Check out: 11:00am
  • Guests who would like to extend their stay should renew by 10:00 am. Reservations take priority over extensions. Your site is only guaranteed for the length of your reservation. If someone else has reserved your site, and you decide to stay longer, you wll need to switch sites. 

How to pay

  • Payments may be made by most major credit cards, money order, or personal check. (NSF fee is$25) 
  • A 3% service fee will be added to all credit card transactions. 
  • Reservations that are less than 3 months will require payment in full at time of booking. 
  • Reservations that are 3 months or more will require a 20% non-refundable deposit at time of booking. Payments may be made on the balance, with payment in full required 30 days before arrival. If balance is not paid in full 30 days before arrival, your deposit will be forfeited as well as any additional balance paid, and your reservation cancelled
  •  A 5% discount will be given if payment in full is made at time of reservation.  Good Sam’s members can receive a 10% discount. Only one discount will be applied to a reservation.
