Red Run Resort & Campground Policies & Rules

General:

  1. All guests and visitors must check in at the office upon arrival. Visitors must register and pay the visitor fee.
  2. All RVs must be in good working order and appearance. We reserve the right to refuse access to any vehicle deemed unacceptable.
  3. Keep your site neat and clean throughout your stay.
  4. Only one RV is allowed per site. Boats, boat trailers, cargo trailers, and car dollies are not permitted on sites. Vehicles must not block roadways.
  5. The speed limit is 5 MPH for ALL motor vehicles. All drivers of any vehicle must hold a valid driver’s license and all vehicles must have up to date insurance. Do not drive through the ball field, playground, or other sites.
  6. Bicycles must be walked after dark. Dirt bikes, ATVs, etc., are not permitted on campground property. Do not cross Martin Church Road on bicycles.
  7. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Children and teenagers should be in their campsite during this time. Please be considerate of other guests. Excessive drinking, rowdiness, loudness, vulgarity, or disturbances are prohibited at all times.
  8. Swimming and all water activities are at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. No swimming after 8:00 PM.
  9. Fishing is catch-and-release only; no fish may be kept.
  10. Sparklers, fireworks, and firearms are not allowed.
  11. Campfires are permitted only in provided fire rings or approved containers. Do not create new burn areas on grassy sites. Never leave a campfire unattended. Ensure the fire is completely out before leaving or going to bed.
  12. Patio lights must be turned off before retiring unless your site is metered.
  13. Place trash in dumpsters at the end of the parking lot before leaving. Do not leave trash out overnight.
  14. Red Run Resort is in a FEMA-designated floodplain. In the event of a flood, you may need to move your camping unit and belongings quickly.
  15. Photos or videos may be taken of the resort. By staying at Red Run Resort & Campground, you consent to the use of images or video, which may include your likeness, for marketing and advertising purposes.
  16. A credit card must be on file for your stay. It will be charged for any incidentals after your reservation departure date, if not paid prior.
  17. We reserve the right to evict any person(s) who do not comply with rules, policies, or the best interest of the resort & campground and its guests. Evicted guests will not receive a refund.

Red Run Resort LLC does not assume liability for loss or damage due to fire, water, wind, theft, vandalism, accident or other causes beyond our control. Anyone not complying with the above regulations may be asked to leave. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and to eject any camper not conforming to the best interests of the resort & campground. 

All guests and visitors use the resort & campground, and its amenities voluntarily and at their own risk. The resort is not responsible for any injuries that may be sustained by guests and anyone in their care, including children, pets, or guests.

RV/Tent Sites: 3:00 PM

Park Model Cabins: 4:00 PM

Check-Out Time:


RV/Tent Sites: 2:00 PM

Cabins: 11:00 AM

Late Check-Out/Early Check-In Policy:
The office may be able to arrange a late checkout or early check in, if available. Additional fees may apply. To ensure availability for incoming guests, please plan prompt departures.

Pet Policy:

  1. We reserve the right to refuse service to guests with pets that are unsuitable for the park’s serenity and safety.
  2. Pets must be leashed and under control at all times.
  3. Pets must be registered at the front desk upon arrival.
  4. Pets may not be left unattended outside.
  5. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after pets immediately. Do not dispose of pet waste in fire rings.
  6. Pets must be current on vaccinations. Proof may be requested.
  7. Pets are not allowed in park buildings or pool.
  8. Owners are responsible for any damage or injury caused by their pets. Aggressive behavior by pets is strictly prohibited.  If a pet bites or injures a person or other pet, or, in the sole discretion of resort management displays aggressive or threatening behavior deemed dangerous, the pet must be removed from the property promptly. 
  9. No refunds or reimbursements will be given for early departure due to violations of this policy.

Park Model Cabin Lodging Terms:

  1. Smoking inside park model cabins is prohibited. A minimum of a $300 fine and cleaning fee will be charged for violations.
  2. Pets are only allowed with prior payment of a pet fee. A $200 fee will be charged for unauthorized pets.
  3. All keys issued must be returned. A $100 relocking fee applies if keys are not returned.
  4. Report any damages or non-working items to management as soon as possible.
  5. A minimum of $100 cleaning fee will be charged if the unit is left excessively unclean.
  6. Official check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in may incur a fee, subject to availability.
  7. Official check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early departures are non-refundable. Late check-in may be available, subject to availability. A $50 fee applies for every 30 minutes past the agreed upon departure time to allow for proper cleaning time between stays.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14+ days before arrival: Refund minus $10 admin fee.
  • 5–13 days before arrival: Refund minus one night’s fee plus $10 admin fee.
  • Less than 5 days before arrival: No refund or rain check.
  • Cancellation policies for online travel agent bookings may vary.

Camping is an outdoor experience, therefore we do not offer refunds due to discomforts of nature or early departures.
