COVID Policy

The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. As a result, federal, state, and local governments and health agencies recommend social distancing and have, in many locations, prohibited the congregation of large groups of people. Rolling Hills Resort have put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19. However, Rolling Hills Resort cannot guarantee that you or your family will not become infected with COVID-19 while travelling to or visiting the property, either of which could increase you and your family’s risk of contracting COVID-19. By making a reservation and travelling to the property, you voluntarily assume the risk that you and your family may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, or death. You further understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at the property may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of yourself and others, including, but not limited to, Rolling Hills Resort Team Members and other guests.
