There will be no refunds after you have checked in for inclement weather, failure to follow the Rules & Regulations, or disorderly conduct. Manager/Owner reserves the right to have discretion on all refunds. REFUNDS CAN ONLY BE ISSUED TO THE SAME CARD AS THE RESERVATION WAS MADE ON.

Race Weekends, Balloon Fest, Special Event Weekends, and Holidays - There will be NO REFUNDS. Often times we turn down requests for sites on these weekends since we are holding this site for you. Due to the loss we would and have incur, we wil no longer offer any refunds for cancellations or early departures.

For stays less than 28 nights:
Reservations canceled less than 7 nights before arrival will lose the deposit amount paid.
Reservations canceled 8 or more days in advance of arrival will incur a $15 cancellation fee.
For stays greater than 28 nights:
Extended Stay Reservations are held with a non-refundable deposit of $100. Any monthly guest who departs early will not get a refund for unused dates.
