Occasionally we encounter problems with sites (Electric, Sewage and Water etc,). In the event that we cannot repair the issue, a site move will be required. We will make every effort to communicate the logistics of a site move but due to the unpredictable nature of environmental and mechanical failures, it may not be possible. If a site move is required, this means that immediate repair is not possible and we must have guest moves in order to maintain a certain comfort level as well as facilitate a faster repair. It is the obligation of the guest to ensure that their camper is both road-ready and that they have their own means of towing.
