Payment Policy>

Payment is due in full at time of booking.  We cannot hold any spots without payment.

No Show Policy:

Reservations will be held until check-out time on the day following your scheduled arrival. No show will result in forfeiture of funds. Please call/email and let us know if you're running more than a day behind. 

Other policies:

We are a 30 amp park only, you selected a space with 30 amp and 20 amp service.  You may choose to use one or the other not both. 

Discounts are only available at the time of booking--we cannot refund the amount of a discount if you forgot to enter it or tell us about it at the time you booked the reservation, I'm sorry.  

Check in is 1:00 Check out is 12:00, early check-in is ok IF there is no one using the space, please do not "hover".  

We have the right to change policies as we see fit.

Please be sure to only turn on the amount of water pressure you want from our hydrants.  The park is not responsible for doing this for you.  

Any damage to utilities, including electrical, water, and sewer hook-ups are solely the responsibility of the customer

Use of electric space heaters is not allowed, as they cause too much power draw on our electrical system and cause the park electricity to go out.  please use your propane heat in winter.  

Please clean up after pets, and keep them restrained.  Do not leave pets outside when you are not in the park.  Pets must be attended at all times.  Do not allow pets to be repetitively noisy or otherwise annoying to other guests.

Sundown RV park is a short term and long term park.  If you are interested in a long term stay, please call/email us for an application. 

RVs must be in good working condition---tarps, tape on electrical cords, and other oddities are not allowed on RV's in Sundown.   Anything deem dangerous by management will not be allowed, and you will not be allowed to hook up.  The safety of all our campers is important to us.  

We are a popular busy park--with lots of people making reservations-please plan your reservation carefully, we can refund HALF  of  your reservation cost if you cancel at least 3 weeks prior to your stay---if you cancel with less than 3 weeks, we cannot refund your money.  We have found that we must have this policy or we get taken advantage of.  Ask if you would like to move your reservation to a different week/day, and we will try to accomodate, if we can. 

Tent camping is allowed for 1 week stays or less, and only May 1st-Sept 15th.  Nights get cold in idaho winters!  Price for the lot is the same as for an RV.

Sundown RV Park is not responsible for any injuries or losses.  Insurance is highly recommended. By staying in Sundown RV Park you acknowlege that sundown is not responsible for any injuries or losses. 

Sundown RV Park reserves the right to tow any vehicles not following park regulations. This applies to all vehicles/trailers in the park.
