The Pines at Bastrop is happy to reserve your site and ignore any future requests for the same site. In order to do so we ask for your guaranteed deposit in exchange. Should you need to cancel your reservation the following will apply:

Daily Reservation Cancellation

Any daily reservation that is cancelled with a 15-day advance notice will result in a refund equal to 50% of your deposit.
Any daily reservation that is cancelled with less than 15-days notice will result in no refund being provided.
Should you need to shorten your stay we do not provide a refund of the deposit for this.
Should you need to reschedule your stay with The Pines RV you can do so to a future, open date without loss of deposit.

Weekly Reservation Cancellation

Any weekly reservation that is cancelled with a 30-day advance notice will result in a refund equal to 50% of your deposit.
Any weekly reservation that is cancelled with less than 30-days notice will result in no refund being provided.
Should you need to shorten your stay we do not provide a refund of the deposit for this.

Monthly Reservation Cancellation

Any monthly reservation that is cancelled with a 60-day advance notice will result in a refund of your deposit less a $35 cancellation fee.
Any monthly reservation that is cancelled with a 30-day advance notice will result in a refund equal to 50% of your deposit.
Any monthly reservation that is cancelled with less than 30-days notice will result in no refund being provided.
Should you need to shorten your stay we do not provide a refund of the deposit for this.
