The RV Park at HIPICO Santa Fe

HIPICO Santa Fe is committed to providing our guests with a safe and enjoyable experience. We ask that you read and agree to the following Terms and Conditions before booking your stay with us.

Arrival and Departure

Check in is available after 1:00pm MT on the scheduled date of arrival. 

Check out is 11:00am MT unless other arrangements have been made with the HIPICO office in advance. 

We understand plans change and allow for one change in reservation dates for the same number of nights as the original booking without penalty or change fee, subject to date availability. Guest will be responsible for any additional fees owed for any nightly rate difference. No credits will be issued for future stays. Subsequent date changes to the reservation will incur a $50 fee per date change. Please email rv@hipicosantafe.com for any reservation changes. 

Reservations will be held until check-out time on the day following your scheduled arrival. No-shows will result in a canceled reservation and no refunds will be issued.

Occpancy

Maximum of 4 Adults & 4 Children per RV.

RV Park Rules and Regulations

Please keep your RV site area neat and organized.

Only customary patio/lawn furniture and accessories may be left outside the RV. No other items may be stored under or around the RV.

Only winter skirting may be attached to the RV and surrounding ground. No other structures may be attached to the ground and the RV. Use of proper winter skirting is required and tarps may not be used in the RV Park for any reason. 

Customers shall use their RV and site for recreational purposes only and shall not use their RV and site as a permanent residence. 

All sewer connections must be tight and leak-free.  All water connections must be leak-free. All electrical wiring outside of your RV must be up to code and must have a proper connection to the power panel.

Dumping of gray water or black water on the ground or leaky connections are strictly prohibited.

All garbage must be bagged and placed in the trash bins provided in the RV Park. Storing of trash/garbage in vehicles or outside of the RV is not permitted. RV guests may not use the HIPICO dumpster on site.

Pets must be accompanied by a responsible individual over the age of 12 years when on leash outside of the RV. All dogs must be on leash at all times when outside the RV unless crated/kenneled.

All pet waste is to be cleaned up as soon as deposited anywhere on site. 

We reserve the right to exclude pets from the RV Park if we deem the pet to be a problem for other guests, staff or the facility grounds. Aggressive or barking dogs will not be allowed to remain at the RV park.

The pet owner is solely responsible for any damage done by the pet to persons or property.

Three vehicles, including the RV, are permitted per RV site, provided they fit within the site dimensions. Vehicles may not be parked in empty RV sites for any reason or length of time - no exceptions.

Management reserves the right to restrict or deny the use of any portion of the HIPICO facility.

Any guest in violation of the RV Park rules may have their stay terminated without refund and their property removed from the RV Park at their expense. Management’s decisions in all disputes are deemed final.

HIPICO Santa Fe retains the right to alter and modify any of the RV Park Rules at any time.

When you complete your booking, you accept these Terms and any other policies that you’re provided with during the booking process and thoughout your stay.

Cancellation Policy

All reservation fees must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Any refunds will be issued in the same manner as payment. 

We do not give credit or refunds due to the discomforts of nature. Our cancellation policy varies according to the date of cancellation in relation to the scheduled arrival date.

All cancellations and date change requests must be made in writing by emailing rv@hipicosantafe.com. No cancellations will be processed over the phone. 

All cancellations and date change requests received after 5:00pm MT will be processed and dated the following day. All dates and times for reservation arrival, departure, cancellation, requests for date change, etc., are local. 

Please see our standard cancellation policy below for any resevations.

  • Cancellation prior to arrival will result in a cancellation fee equal to 15% of booking fees.

  • No refunds will be issued after check in time on the scheduled date of arrival. 

You may purchase the "Travel Cancellation Protection Plan" at checkout (see "Add-Ons" at checkout) and receive a refund for unused days of your reservation. Travel Cancellation Protection Plan coverage may only be purchased upon booking; it may not be added to the reservation at a later date. 

Fees: Lock site, Travel Cancellation Protection Plan and reservation change fees are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

  • Cancellation 8 days or more prior to arrival will result in a cancellation fee equal to 25% of booking fees.

  • Cancellation between 4- 7 days prior to arrival will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of booking fees.  

  • Cancellation made within 3 days of the arrival date are not eligible for a refund. 

  • No refunds will be issued after check in time on the scheduled date of arrival. 

You may purchase the "Travel Cancellation Protection Plan" at checkout (see "Add-Ons" at checkout) and receive a refund for unused days of your reservation. Travel Cancellation Protection Plan coverage may only be purchased upon booking; it may not be added to the reservation at a later date.
