Reservations - We welcome Motorhomes, Fifth Wheels, Travel Trailers, Conversion RVs, Popup RVs, and self-contained Vans. Tents are not allowed. Rental rates are based on two (2) adults and two (2) children, and 2 pets, with an additional amount per extra guest per site. - Daily: $2.50 - Weekly: $12.50

Payment - Advanced payment is due at the time of booking your reservation. Any balance not paid in advance is due upon arrival. We accept al major credit cards, debit cards, and ACH. We are a cashless park. There is a $25 dollar fee charged for returned checks.

Check in – All guests can check in at or after 2:00 pm on your scheduled arrival date. You will receive an email before arrival date regarding information for your stay and our community! If you are to arrive after hours, please refer to the email you received regarding your reservation, assigned site, and amenity codes.

Departure time is 11am on your departure date. Unauthorized extensions beyond this time will result in an equal charge to one day’s rent at the published rate for that time period. We reserve the right to take possession of the property in the event of non-payment and/or holdover.

Pets are welcome at our Park. Please be kind and clean up after your pet.

General Rules

Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm – 8:00 am. Loud noise and/or music coming from your lot, RV, or car while driving in the community, at any time, may be subject to a fine.
We do not guarantee the same site if you choose to extend. Check with management for possible extensions.
To keep our sewer lines free, do not flush paper towels, diapers, baby wipes, feminine products, condoms, needles, food, grease, etc.
No alcoholic beverage drinking is permitted outside the resident’s RV.
Discharging or displaying fireworks, firearms, paint balls, B-B, pellets, air guns, slingshots, or any other type of weapon is prohibited.
We are on a year-round water conservation program. Please do not wash campers or vehicles, or waste water at any time.
Residents will be held liable for any damage to buildings, grounds, lots, or water/electric meters if the damage is due to their or their guest’s/visitor’s/children’s negligence. Onerous, noxious, or offensive activity, excessive noise, abusive language, interference with other tenants, disturbing the peace, and willful or careless destruction of property in any manner will be cause for eviction. If law enforcement authorities are called for a disturbance at your site for any reason, you will be required to vacate the park immediately.
By law, our Park is a service-oriented business and therefore does not have a tenant/landlord relationship with any daily, weekly, monthly guests.
The owner reserves the right to change the rules and rates without notice.
All paper checks will be converted to a digital payment.

You acknowledge responsibility for reading and agree to the daily, weekly, and monthly lot charges or utility fees that will be due and payable for my entire length of stay.

The management assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or loss from any cause. Our Park will not tolerate any onerous, obnoxious, or offensive activity of any sort that could interrupt and/or adversely affect the enjoyment of other parties utilizing our facilities. In the event of such onerous, obnoxious, or offensive activity or violation of park rules, in the judgment of management, the parties responsible for such activities will be required to leave the park immediately, without a refund.

Customer shall indemnify and hold Owner harmless from and against any and all damages or injuries caused by fire, water, wind, civil strife, or acts of God, owner and/or customer actions or in-actions (or those of their employees, agents, invitees, or pets/animals), or any other related to customer’s use or occupation of the RV site.

According to Texas Penal Code Section 31:04 (b), any guest who leaves without paying for site services or who refuses to pay for site services when due is subject to criminal prosecution. We are providing service hook-ups for your RV. We require full payment in advance and will prosecute any violations under the ‘Theft of Services Law’.

Pool Rules

The gate to the pool area is to remain locked at all times.
Residents are responsible for their own guests. No more than 2 guests per lot at any one time.
No alcoholic beverages or glass containers are allowed.
All trash must be placed in the proper trash receptacles.
No pets are allowed in the gated pool area (approved service animals are allowed).
No unaccompanied guests or children (under the age of 15) are allowed. Children under 14 yrs of age and undermust be supervised by a guardian resident over 18 yrs of age. Under no circumstances can a child be left unattended within the swimming pool gates without their guardian present inside the gated pool area.
Swim attire is required at all times. Swimming diapers are required on children that are not completely toilet trained.
No fighting, running, extreme horseplay is allowed.
No loud music or cursing is allowed.
No swimming is allowed during inclement weather (lightning, thunder, tornado, etc.)
Pool hours are posted near the pool gate.
