The sights and sounds of tailgaters goes on as far as you can see. There’s just something about the hustle and bustle of energy before a game that gets you ready for the crowded stadium.
But after the game is over, you like to unwind and get away from the crowds. That’s why I’ve put together 15 campgrounds near NFL stadiums. These RV-friendly campgrounds let you get in on the action, then step out of the crowds and relax after a long day of tailgating and football.

1. Near Raymond James Stadium: Tampa East RV Resort – Dover, FL

Let’s Go, Buffalo
A solid choice among campgrounds near NFL stadiums, Colden Lakes Resort is perfect for your game weekend getaway. It’s a short 17 minute drive to Highmark Stadium when it’s time to watch the Buffalo Bills play.
Colden Lakes Resort is a relaxing, kid-friendly space. Enjoy access to four lakes for fishing, kayaking, or canoeing. Let the kids play at the playground or in the kiddie pool before enjoying hand-dipped ice cream from the general store.

6. Near Caesar’s Superdome: Pelican RV Park – New Orleans, LA

Pelican RV Park is close to everything you want to see on your game day trip in New Orleans. Caesar’s Superdome is seven minutes away.

Enjoy the quiet simplicity of a 360-degree view of beautiful mountains. Only 34 minutes from Heinz Field, Mountain Top RV Campground rests on top of the mountain looking over the valleys. Can you imagine seeing those views in the fall when the leaves are turning? Just beautiful.
The park is close to many sightseeing stops like the Carnegie Science Center and has your basic necessities of laundry and showers.
