We are currently accepting a limited number of long-term stay applications for guests who want to call our Park home. Our monthly rate is $675 plus metered electricity, with both 30-amp and 50-amp hookups available. Each site includes water, sewer, WiFi, and household trash service, plus a Gold Membership for unlimited Day-Use Trail Passes — giving you full access to our entire off-road trail system. Guests also enjoy convenient on-site amenities including a clean Shower House, Event Pavilion, Playground, and a Park Store open seven days a week. Whether you’re working remotely, spending a season in Hot Springs, or simply looking for a long-term home base surrounded by natural beauty, our Campground offers comfort, community, and endless adventure.
