Refund Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policies:

Daily/Weekly:

• Reservations cancelled at least 7 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund.

• Reservations cancelled 3 to 6 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

• Reservations cancelled less than 3 days prior to arrival receive no refund.

• No shows and early departures receive no refund.

Monthly:

• Reservations cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival will incur a $25 cancellation fee.

• Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit the $100 prepayment.

• No shows and early departures receive no refund.
