Campground is pristine! Staff is very friendly! Will definitely stay here again!!

Very nice facility, Great service, great location!

This is a clean campground with decent amenities. Campsites are level and concrete but this campground is more like a RV parking lot and serves the purpose to be close (but not walking distance) to the beach and the bay.

Great location, clean and well maintained amenities. Great customer service from Cheryl and Rocky. Our truck broke down and we had to extend our stay. Cheryl and Rocky kindly worked with us to make special arrangements so we could another night. A special thanks to the folks from Texas for understanding our situation and their willingness to to stay at a neighboring space. Grateful and Appreciative D & V

Very clean and courteous.

Not way to grill food or have a campfire. Not what I call camping. I get then that the place is great. Extremely well kept and located.

The stay was enjoyable with clean sites and accommodating staff.

It really not a resort. It’s more like a large parking lot. No trees, benches,picnic tables for the guests. Charged for trash. Dog poop. Very close sites.

This was a great place to stay for a week while in the area. I used the laundry and clubhouse and they were immaculate! Sites are full hookup and level cement pads. Would definitely come back here again!

This was our second stay at 30a Luxury RV Resort. Very conveniently located the beach and shopping. We will be back.

Great new campground just off HWY 98 about 10 minutes east of SanDestin. Cheaper alternative to staying in Miramar Beach or Okaloosa Island. Lots of restaurants within a short drive. They have a shuttle to beach which we didn’t use due to cold front. Wifi worked great. Park was pretty empty but we streamed Netflix on it.
