30A Luxury RV Resort is located just a short distance, 2 miles North of the white, sugar sand beaches of the Emerald Coast in Prestigious South Walton, Florida. This privately owned resort boasts 80 spacious, paved lots ALL 80ft long with FULL hook ups at each site as well as High Speed Internet and Direct TV. Enjoy a relaxing day by our salt water pool, heated in the cooler months, or play shuffleboard & games in Clubhouse with a Big Screen TV, great for movie nights or the big game. The clubhouse also houses our beautifully tiled private showers and large laundry room. You can also enjoy our outdoor entertainment area around the community fire pits, or challenge your neighbors to a "friendly" game of cornhole. We are conveniently located half-way between Destin and Panama City Beach, close to restaurants, shopping, sports fields and entertainment. Complimentary Direct TV & Wifi We ask that RV's are within 15+-years old, CLEAN, NO visible rust and in great working order. No converted trailers or truck top pop-ups are allowed. MAXIMUM number of guests is 6! NO exceptions. If more than 6 guests are discovered after check-in a $25 fee will be charged per person per day. MAXIMUM number of pets is 2. If pets are not identified when making your reservation a $25 per pet/ per day charge will be charged to credit card on file. We ask that ALL campers use a SURGE PROTECTOR for yours & ALL other guests protection. Please take time to review our weekly and monthly discounts that will show up at check out. Note any reservations that are 30 days or less is billed in full at booking then any nights greater than 30 will be booked 1 month in advance and then monthly if extra months.
