This is a very beautiful place, with well maintained facilities, clean grounds and all the charm of a high end Rv resort. However, we checked in late Sunday evening…my wife really wanted to visit the gift shop but there was a note saying that they were closed that Monday due to staffing shortages. Then they were closed for Tuesday and Wednesday every week so it seemed like there was no office staff there the whole time we stayed. I also didn’t like that the only way to travel in and out of the property was in the far corner. Even on bike or foot, we had to travel the length of the property, only to travel back the same direction we came from on the main road to get to the store or other nearby locations…I could literally see the front of the store from my Rv spot but that only made it seem further away once I walked there. Other than that, wonderful place, wonderful stay.
