Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the 55 Main Community Campground. This campground is operated by Winnett ACES and is intended to provide a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience for visitors to Winnett and Petroleum County.

By reserving or occupying a campsite, guests agree to the following terms and conditions.

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in begins at 1:00 PM.

  • Check-out is by 11:00 AM.

  • Early arrivals and late departures may be accommodated when available but are not guaranteed.

Campsite Use

  • Campsites are for temporary recreational use only.

  • Each campsite may accommodate up to four (4) guests unless otherwise approved.

  • Guests must occupy only their assigned campsite.

  • Campsites must be kept clean and free of litter.

Quiet Hours

  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

  • Please be respectful of fellow campers, nearby residents, and neighboring businesses.

Fires & Cooking

  • Fires are not permitted on the property.

Pets

  • Well-behaved pets are welcome.

  • Pets must be leashed or otherwise under control at all times.

  • Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

  • Excessive barking or aggressive behavior may result in removal from the campground.

Alcohol & Illegal Activities

  • Responsible alcohol consumption is permitted for guests of legal age.

  • Illegal drugs, disorderly conduct, vandalism, and unlawful activities are strictly prohibited.

  • Guests violating laws or creating disturbances may be required to leave without refund.

Vehicles & Parking

  • Vehicles must be parked in the off street parking along Main Street.

  • Vehicle maintenance and repairs are not permitted on-site.

  • The campground is not responsible for damage to or theft of vehicles.

Facilities

  • Campers may use designated campground amenities and public facilities associated with 55 Main.

  • Please leave restrooms, showers, laundry facilities, and gathering spaces clean for the next user.

  • Any damage caused by guests may result in repair charges.

Children

  • Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.

  • Children must be accompanied by an adult when using shared facilities.

Liability

  • Guests use the campground and facilities at their own risk.

  • Winnett ACES, its board members, volunteers, employees, and partners are not responsible for loss, theft, injury, accidents, weather-related damage, or acts of nature.

  • Guests assume all risks associated with camping and use of campground facilities.

Damage

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves, members of their party, or their pets.

  • Costs associated with repair or replacement may be charged to the responsible party.

Right to Refuse Service

Winnett ACES reserves the right to:

  • Refuse service.

  • Remove guests who violate campground rules.

  • Terminate stays without refund when necessary to protect the safety, comfort, or property of others.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Reservations canceled at least 24 hours before arrival will receive a full refund.

  • Reservations canceled within 24 hours of arrival are non-refundable.

  • No refunds will be issued for early departures, weather conditions, or rule violations.

Community Spirit

The 55 Main Community Campground was created through community effort to welcome visitors to Winnett and Petroleum County. We ask all guests to respect the property, facilities, neighbors, and fellow travelers so everyone can enjoy their stay.
