Good, clean, level gravel lot.... but if you dont like hearing sirens going up the highway a lot or hearing the Trains whistle going all day and night, then this is not for you.. but price reflects that

Easy in and out for an overnight stay. Area is quiet. Close to White Sands. Would stay again!

Very functional. Got exactly as I expected: a big gravel lot, easy access hookups, and most of all, convenient location for visiting Alamogordo parks and museums, and White Sands multiple times.

Great host and night host. The park was clean, it is under development so not all amenities are there yet but works great for a stopover.

There were no issues and tv park was very clean and spacious. All hookup were flawless. The trains that came thru helped put us to sleep. I will stay again when coming thru

Big Rig Friendly. We really enjoyed this stop and could easily spend a long time here. Owner is available and responsive. Very level, gravel parking. Easy in and out. Great location.

As many people have said here and on Google reviews, this is a real simple park with few frills. The back in parking might be tough for some, but as a first time RVer, we had no problems with their very wide and level spaces! Might be the first actually level spot we’ve stayed in on day four of a ten day trip. Very clean sites as well, and the dog area was good size for a few dogs at a time to comfortably run around! I called knowing we were checking in pretty late and asked for instructions. The gentleman on the phone was real friendly and basically said “just show up and have fun!”. I forgot to ask about WiFi, can’t confirm whether they have it. Might be worth the owners including on the website/with booking confirmation.
