This is a very basic but well-maintained campground in a convenient location. It’s close to downtown Alamogordo, with easy access to shops, the zoo, and several nearby parks. Getting in and out of the campground is straightforward, which is a plus if you’re towing or just passing through. The campground itself is clean and well kept, with graveled sites. It is located in a more industrial area, but we felt safe during our stay. The railroad tracks are nearby, so you will hear some train noise, though it wasn’t too disruptive. Overall, a solid, no-frills option if you’re looking for a clean, convenient place to stay while exploring Alamogordo.

Easy in and out. Nice spots. Easy hook ups. Friendly people in the area and close to the town & walking distance to a nice brewery.

Clean , no frills, easy access

The grounds were great. Great location, quiet. Everyone was helpful and friendly! The only negative I have is the WiFi is a bit spotty. I highly recommend this park and I’ll be staying here again.

The camp was just what we wanted. A clean secure camp ground with full hookups. Sites were level and easy to get into.

The sites were big, well taken care of and tidy. Moving in and out was a breeze. The park is very close to various shopping needs.

The place is good for an overnight stay if that’s what you’re looking for. Place was clean. Unfortunately no shower facilities but that’s in the plan for this place. Wifi was spotty.

Nice flat quiet uneventful…just what I want!

Great location. The park is new, so the amenities are yet to come, but there is water, electricity, what else do you need. White Sand and Cloudcroft are near by, and many other activities. We ran into the protest, and were honored for being Canadian. It was a great experience. Gary's little dog is amazing! Thanks for the picnic table.

Very nice small park. Directions were hard to follow. Greeter was very pleasant and helpful.

This is a hook ups only campground, there was no office, restrooms or laundry. For a quick overnight it would be okay.

Very nice simple park. Full hookups and a great laundromat on site. A gift shop with souvenirs and history section next to it. A beautiful sunrise next day!

As always they were welcoming and accommodating. We called in the morning and got the last spot available. The wind/dust storms changed our travel, so we needed a place off of I-10 to stay.

Beautiful scenery surrounding this spot and spacious sites. We ended up having to extend a few days due to truck issues and dust storms and they were very accommodating with everything even the day we went to the dunes!!! Thanks so much guys!

Owner and camp manager are excellent! Super understanding and helpful during an unexpected time of transition for my family and I.

Very clean. Meets basic needs. Enjoyed the dog run . Lots of trains which I didn’t mind. Will be nice when the trees grow up and there are a few more amenities. A work in progress.
