RV SITES, RV RENTAL UNITS, VACATION RENTALS, SEASONAL RV STAYS

• 0–14 days notice: No refund

• 15–30 days notice: 25% cancellation fee

• More than 30 days notice: 12% cancellation fee

• No-shows or early departures: No refund

• Seasonal stays: $1,000 cancellation fee
