Refund Policy

Cancellations requested within 24 hours of the purchase date:

If the cancellation is requested within 24 hours of the date you purchased the reservation AND at least 72 hours (3 days) from your check in date, then you’ll receive a full refund.

Cancellations requested more than 24 hours after the purchase date:

1. Campsites & Dock Slips:  If the cancellation is requested more than 24 hours after the purchase date AND 7 or more days prior to your check in date, the cancellation fee will be $25.
2. Campsites & Dock Slips:  If the cancellation is requested more than 24 hours after the purchase date BUT less than 7 days from your check in date, there is no refund.  All funds paid for your reservation will be forfeited.
3. RV Rental Trailers:  If the cancellation is requested more than 24 hours after the purchase date AND 7 or more days prior to your check in date, the cancelation fee will be $75.
4. RV Rental Trailers:  If the cancellation is requested more than 24 hours after your date of purchase BUT less than 7 days before your check in date, there is no refund.  All funds paid for your reservation will be forfeited.
