Terms and Conditions 

  • BE SURE THAT YOUR SLIDE OUTS WILL NOT HIT THE ELECTRICAL POWER PANEL.DONT GUESS OR ASSUME, IF YOU HAVE OTHER GUESTS WITH YOU, ASK FOR THIER HELP TO WATCH THE SLIDE. IF YOU DAMAGE SOMETHING, YOU WILL BE CHARGED.

  • Tenants and Guests hold this RV Park they have rented a lot from harmless and waive any liabilities the park could incur. Tenants/guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children and/or pets.

  • Tenant assumes any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold Landlord harmless from and indemnify Landlord against the same.

  • The campground is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss or theft of any personal property or vehicle.

  • We reserve the right to evict any person(s) who does not comply with the rules and policies.

  • All guests and visitors must register in the office upon arrival.

  • Water pressure is 50PSI we recommend you utilize a pressure regulator with a gauge as to not all RV. s plumbing may be of manufactory specs of 50psi, Also, in the winter, please utilize a "heat trace water hose" to prevent your hose from freezing.

  • We do allow the delivery of mail or packages to any guests.  Guests must make arrangements to have their mail or packages delivered to the correct lot number and the park is NOT responsible for lost/stolen items.

  • All Motorhomes, RVs or Travel Trailers must be in good working order and appearance.

  • We reserve the right to refuse access to any guests whose vehicle is deemed to be unacceptable.

  • Total number of guests in any space or unit cannot exceed the maximum capacity for that site.

  • Propane grills and propane fire pits are allowed, but tenant/guest must put out all flames till zero smoke is present and is responsible is damage is caused by their fire.

  • Blowup mattresses, sleeping bags and cots are not allowed outside.

  • Maintenance on RV’s or vehicles on property is allowed as long as its minor and can be done within 4 hours.

  • Washing RVs or vehicles on property is not allowed.

  • The use of any paint products or chemicals is prohibited.

  • Clotheslines are not allowed.

  • Guests may not hang any items from the trees.

  • All sites are to be kept neat and clean for the duration of your stay.

  • All trash is to be disposed of in enclosed trash receptacles throughout the property.

  • DO NOT leave trash out overnight.

  • All guests should ensure pets and small children are supervised at all times.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel your RV Site reservation, our refund policy depends on how far in advance you notify us prior to your scheduled check-in date:

  • 31 Days or More Notice: You will receive a full refund of your deposit.

  • 6 to 30 Days Notice: Cancellations made within this window are subject to a cancellation fee.

  • 5 Days or Less Notice: Cancellations made 5 days or less prior to check-in are non-refundable, and no refund will be issued.
