We aim for transparency so there are no surprises. Because we are a seasonal destination, we have a very strict cancellation policy: No Exceptions.

• 8+ Days Notice: $25 cancellation fee per site.

• 7 Days or Less: No refunds for cancellations or no-shows.

• Monthly Stays: Must cancel 30 days in advance to receive a refund.

• Early Departures: No refunds for late arrivals or early departures.

Traveler’s Tip: Since life happens (weather, breakdowns, or health), we highly encourage purchasing third-party trip insurance to protect your investment!
