They had given away our space. We did not arrive late and the site they had left just barely fit our rig. The campground felt dirty and poorly maintained roads/sites, airport and train noise also limited our ability to get rest. The campground is also apparently downwind from a commercial farm as it smelled of manure.

The young lady in the office was just wonderful! Very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. The park as very nice & well laid out! I would recommend it!

We stay Everytime we pass through and I'm amazed at the upgrades. Great place!!!

Convenient and affordable overnight stop. The location is great and the price is very reasonable. The park is a bit tight to navigate, mainly due to the number of long-term residents who park partially in the road, so larger rigs may need to take it slow. Overall, I’d stay here again as an overnight option, but it’s not somewhere I’d choose for a longer vacation stay. Bonus: the bathrooms where very well maintained.

The park is going through rehabilitation, new tables are going in it looks like more spaces are being added too. We noted that is in a noisy area, with railroad and airport overflights. But we knew about those issues and love the sound of rail roads.

Staff was very nice. Okay place to spend a night or two.

It was what we needed There is alot of full time campers there Cars do drive pretty fast through camp ground but all in all it was enjoyable

Truck stop next door. However, the activity truck stop slowed down. Good morning. The facilities are being updated. Bathroom showers excellent.

Another park that caters to monthly renters with zero service for travelers. Not mindful and greatly lacking in attention to details. Pay the extra money and go elsewhere. Prior to, and upon arrival, received no information about wifi, amenities nor site number confirmation. There was no one on site and no one to contact. No replies and no answers. Zero. ** Update the same night - over an hour later. They had no record of my reservation and let me know that the wifi has never worked, but thanked me for staying with them. Geeze.... It is super noisy right off I40 behind a truckstop. The trees are great but the noise and lack of service are beyond careless and ridiculous.

Good location close to interstate

I could not ask for anything more!! The lady that checked me in was super nice and helpful. The campground was tidy. Nice easy in and out pull through sites each with a new picnic table. Water had great pressure 30 and 50 amp hook ups. The bathrooms are new and very nice. From what I was told, this is under new management,/owners and they have made and are making big changes. There is a Keurig in the front office, if you need some coffee. It is a short drive to The Big Texan and Buc-ees and a host of other places. There is road noise due to the proximity of the highway. I didn't bother me, I slept well. I would 100% stay there again!! Safe and Happy travels everyone!

Affordable, clean bathrooms, well kept park. Easy in and out.

Campground was very nice. Most of the sites updated. Clean bathroom. VERY close to airport and airbase. Fighter jets flying low and loud overhead

This place is noisy. Truck noise on both side of property. Train track you can see from property. Best of all they is airport nearby. Jet constantly until midnight then starts back up at 4 am. They fly direct over property so low you can read numbers on planes There are mostly full timers there I will never stay there again

The owner was great, the facilities were all nice and well kept. The Park itself was very peaceful. Aside from aircraft from the air base taking off and landing all the time. But, if you run a fan or your ac you can't even tell.
