Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Refunds - Short Term stays:

Host Cancellations: Full refund provided if initiated by the park.

Guest Cancellations: There is a cancellation fee of $5 that will apply to any cancellation. Full refund (minus processing fees) if canceled 7+ days before move-in. No refund for cancellations less than 7 days before the move-in or during the reservation.

Cancellations & Refunds - Long Term stays (Ongoing):

Host Cancellations: Full refund provided if initiated by the park.

Guest Cancellations: A move-out notice should be provided 10 days before the move-out date, in order to remove any recurring charges in the account when in autopay.
