The whole area is beautiful and well kept. Unfortunately, the restroom/bathhouse does not reflect this. The floors were dirty the whole weekend we were there, and by our 2nd day it smelled awful. The showers need either a bench or shelves to put toiletries and clothes on, too. There are also no lights inside, so at nighttime it is completely dark. A few small updates to this facility would earn it the 5 stars it deserves!

The grounds were very well maintained and clean. The only downside was not having sewer hookups at the sites but not a dealbreaker. We will go back again.

The city employee was extremely rude. He was very aggressive when he informed me that I was “in the wrong spot” and accused me of being wrong twice before asking about my reservation. I was in the proper place.

Loved how shaded our campsite was but bummed we didn’t have a fire pit or picnic table like what we are used to at other lakes. Swim area was clean and our oldest liked the playground but it had quite a bit of trash in it so we couldn’t let our youngest play. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and will be coming back again this summer!

Was a very nice lake, the water is dirty but the camp sites are very nice and mowed . I would recommend this lake to other.
