The staff was friendly. My kids enjoyed the park, pond, and pool. We had a great time!

Overall it was okay, I do not plan to return in the future. The highway was so close it was very loud and noisy. Overall, the staff gave an impression that they didn’t want to be there and wasn’t very friendly. The pool was small but nice and I will say that the game room for what they had did a really good job with various games.

Check out time was not what was advertised but an hour earlier. Instead of 1:00 it was noon so had to pay extra to be able to check out late and go to an event we had planned. It also smelled very bad as a cattle farm is next door. A lot of stray cats as well wandering throughout the property. Much smaller than their map makes them seem and our site was very difficult to get into, was right next to the woods and a stagnant water so the bugs were horrible, so bad that we could spend no time outdoors. There did look to be some nice spots at the entrance of the campground so if you stay, maybe there would be a good choice

Friendly staff, lets kids enjoy the arcade, allows dogs, decent size camp spots and easy to park camper. The only reason for 4 stars is because the pool was closed for maintenance and we weren’t made aware of it prior to online check in. Our kids were really disappointed.

Staff was wonderful right off the bat. Answered our questions and super friendly. Still early in the season so pool wasn't opened but we knew that before even renting a site. Some traffic noise from the highway but nothing excessive. Only thing that would make it better would be if the sites had a little bit more space between them so you didn't feel like you were intruding on your neighbor.

Highway noise was louder than advertised. Otherwise great site and very clean.

The showers are working with 25 cents. Too big separation between two parts of the campground.

Site had big ruts and wasn't level. Right off freeway, very noisy. The most annoying thing was getting to the shower, onlt to discover, it took quarters to operate. Left a bad taste.

This campground was very different for us. The sites were small. You smelt the freshness of dairy cows daily. Very close to a busy road. And you have to pay for showers. But the staff was friendly and all the campers we spoke with were also extremely friendly. No issues with anything at all.

The sites were really jammed together. There was a site behind ours that had a TV blaring all through the night till the early morning. Didn’t get any sleep.

Apple Creek has become our favorite camp ground this year. Here are the highlights: - Kind staff!!! - Clean pool, showers, dump stations, dumpsters and camp sites - 100% Kid friendly (NOT a party campground, much more family oriented I can't say this campground is like a 5 star hotel with the latest and greatest amenities or "wow" factors; BUT the facilities and equipment that are here are well maintained and easy to use. I cannot stress enough, this is a GREAT first time campground!

Paid the extra to have a specific spot and then got there to be told that spot wasn’t available. They refunded the extra cost which was nice but the site they gave instead was not going to work for our needs. They were then able to help figure out a different site that was a better fit. Many sites are very small! Over all decent, slightly outdated.

Super friendly staff. Clean campground. Nice spot by the fishing pond.
