Good and bad at Arbor Terrace. Good: concrete pads, which are a rarity, and flat, a boon to campers like us who are fighting a leveling issue, without being able to spend enough time in one location to get it fixed. Bad: This park is 90% or more long term residents. That’s not bad in itself, but the low itinerant rate means they don’t keep office hours on the weekends. At least they had a package for us, including a space number and a map with directions, when we arrived on Sunday. The pathways were extremely narrow for a 32 foot motorhome with a toad, but we made very slow progress to our spot. Imagine our surprise, then, to find that the spot was NOT empty. We just sat in the pathway, while we called the park, which got redirected to the “maintenance” number for the national holding company. The operator sounded miffed when our issue was apparently deemed not a “maintenance” issue. So, what? Did she expect us to be happy sitting and blocking the pathway from Sunday afternoon until Monday morning, when local mgmt reappeared? Eventually, we got out of the coach and found an empty spot, three spots from where we had been assigned, so we took that one. It turned out, that one had been assigned to someone else, lucky for them that the adjacent spot was also open. Bottom line, poor management set up, and no adverse issue remediation available on the weekends. Recommend you steer clear of this place.

I got in a little after five and everything was closed. The note on the office door indicated that there was a “packet” for me, but there was nothing but several maps which was fortunate because otherwise I would never have found my spot. I just stayed for the night, didn’t use any of the amenities, but it was a bit crowded for my taste. Not sure this is one I would revisit but grateful for a place to stay for a night.

Clean wonderful place. Close to where we need to go for our stay. We will stay here again. This was our first camping experience and it was very nice!
