Disappointed. No WiFi. Limited hours for campsite toilet/shower. RV pads right on top of each other. No shade including no shade at pool.

Very tight buddy site. Concrete pad was nice and level. Length was very adequate. Very poor water pressure.

Good and bad at Arbor Terrace. Good: concrete pads, which are a rarity, and flat, a boon to campers like us who are fighting a leveling issue, without being able to spend enough time in one location to get it fixed. Bad: This park is 90% or more long term residents. That’s not bad in itself, but the low itinerant rate means they don’t keep office hours on the weekends. At least they had a package for us, including a space number and a map with directions, when we arrived on Sunday. The pathways were extremely narrow for a 32 foot motorhome with a toad, but we made very slow progress to our spot. Imagine our surprise, then, to find that the spot was NOT empty. We just sat in the pathway, while we called the park, which got redirected to the “maintenance” number for the national holding company. The operator sounded miffed when our issue was apparently deemed not a “maintenance” issue. So, what? Did she expect us to be happy sitting and blocking the pathway from Sunday afternoon until Monday morning, when local mgmt reappeared? Eventually, we got out of the coach and found an empty spot, three spots from where we had been assigned, so we took that one. It turned out, that one had been assigned to someone else, lucky for them that the adjacent spot was also open. Bottom line, poor management set up, and no adverse issue remediation available on the weekends. Recommend you steer clear of this place.

I got in a little after five and everything was closed. The note on the office door indicated that there was a “packet” for me, but there was nothing but several maps which was fortunate because otherwise I would never have found my spot. I just stayed for the night, didn’t use any of the amenities, but it was a bit crowded for my taste. Not sure this is one I would revisit but grateful for a place to stay for a night.

Clean wonderful place. Close to where we need to go for our stay. We will stay here again. This was our first camping experience and it was very nice!

The facility was not well kept, no soap in the bathrooms and the bathrooms were not open all night. The staff was friendly, which is why I gave them a higher rating.

Nice and quiet RV park. Friendly staff and neighbors. Will definitely be back.

This is an RV park where people live and not a vacation spot. That was my mistake. There is a guy with his tattoo business there run out of his Class C. No one picks up the dog poop. Behind our RV there was piles of poop. The bathrooms are locked from 9pm to 7am. 2 toilets and 1 shower. Old and not cleaned daily apparently because there was a dog shampoo bottle in the shower for a couple days. Paid $106 per night.

Customer service was awesome. It was quite. &friendly. Only problem was site were very close & tight, but good atmosphere

The small economy lots are just that - small. Plus the pad, if it could be called that, was narrow and unlevel. When I tried my leveling chocks, they just sank into the ground. I had a 4.5" lean to port my entire four day stay. My results will probably be different from yours if you book accordingly.

This place is awesome. I'm a new tiny home/ fifth wheel owner and the wonderful management wife/ husband tean helped me so much with my set up. If you have the chance to visit here definitely do it! Full hook ups n laundry room also has a pool.

Perfect location, quiet place , bathroom was always clean!!
