Cancellation Policy

Weekday Stays (Sunday–Thursday) & Non-Holiday Weekends
1. 30+ Days Before Arrival
• Full refund minus a $35 cancellation fee

2. 8–29 Days Before Arrival
• 50% refund OR 75% reservation credit (valid 12 months)
• $35 cancellation fee applies

3. 7 Days or Less Before Arrival
• No refund
• Eligible for 50% reservation credit (valid 12 months)

Holiday Weekends
1. 30+ Days Before Arrival
• Full refund minus a $70 cancellation fee

2. 8–29 Days Before Arrival
• No refund
• Eligible for 50% reservation credit (valid 12 months)

3. 7 Days or Less Before Arrival
• No refund or credit

Payment Terms
• Refunds are based on the amount paid at the time of cancellation, not the total reservation amount.
• Reservations that are not paid in full are only eligible for a refund of up to 50% of the amount paid, regardless of the cancellation window.
• Reservations paid in full follow the cancellation terms outlined above.
• Reservation credits, when applicable, are based on the amount paid and are valid for 12 months from the original arrival date.
• Cancellation fees are deducted from eligible refunds.
