Campground Terms & Conditions

General Liability

  • Tenants and guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or injury caused by themselves, their children, visitors, or pets.

  • Guests assume all risks associated with camping, outdoor recreation, use of campground facilities, and use of the property.

  • The campground, owners, and management are not responsible for personal injury, accidents, theft, loss, or damage to personal property, vehicles, RVs, trailers, or their contents.

  • Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the campground, city, and staff from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from their stay or use of the property.

Guest Registration & Occupancy

  • The total number of occupants at any campsite may not exceed the maximum occupancy limit for that site.

  • Visitors are the responsibility of the registered guest at all times.

  • Quiet enjoyment of all guests must be respected at all times.

Campground Conduct

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or evict any person(s) who fail to comply with campground rules, create disturbances, or engage in unsafe, illegal, or disruptive behavior.

  • No refunds will be issued for violations resulting in eviction.

  • Disorderly conduct, excessive noise, public intoxication, illegal drug use, or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.

RV & Vehicle Requirements

  • All motorhomes, RVs, travel trailers, and vehicles must be in good working condition and presentable appearance.

  • Management reserves the right to deny access to any vehicle deemed unsafe, excessively damaged, or inappropriate for the campground.

  • Maintenance, repairs, or oil changes on RVs or vehicles are not permitted on campground property.

  • Washing RVs or vehicles on the property is prohibited unless prior approval is granted.

Campsite Rules

  • Campsites must be kept neat, clean, and free of clutter during your stay.

  • All trash must be disposed of in designated enclosed receptacles.

  • Trash may not be left outside overnight.

  • Clotheslines are not permitted.

  • Guests may not hang lights, ropes, hammocks, or other items from trees.

  • Blow-up mattresses, cots, sleeping bags, or bedding are not permitted outside overnight.

  • The use of paint products, stains, chemicals, or hazardous materials is prohibited on campground property.

Fire & Safety

  • Propane grills and propane fire pits are permitted.

  • Wood-burning fires are only allowed in designated fire rings or approved fire pits, subject to local fire restrictions.

  • Fires must never be left unattended and must be completely extinguished before leaving the site or going to bed.

  • Fireworks, firearms, and explosives are prohibited on campground property unless otherwise permitted by law and campground management.

Pets

  • Pets are welcome but must be supervised and under control at all times.

  • Pets must remain on a leash unless inside the guest’s RV.

  • Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets immediately.

  • Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or unattended pets may result in removal from the campground.

Children

  • Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.

  • Children must be supervised while using campground amenities and while near roads, water, fire pits, or other potentially hazardous areas.

Mail & Deliveries

  • Delivery of personal mail or packages to campground guests is not permitted.

  • Guests are responsible for arranging delivery to an off-site location for pickup.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy

  • Full payment requirements will be disclosed at the time of booking.

  • Cancellation policies, refund eligibility, and rescheduling terms are provided at booking and may vary by reservation type.

  • Management reserves the right to cancel reservations due to emergencies, weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational needs.

Acknowledgment

By reserving or occupying a campsite, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all campground rules, policies, and terms and conditions.
