Cancellation Policy

We can not be held responsible for weather, illness, work schedule or other situations. Therefore, we enfource our cancellation policy regardless of circumstances as follows: 

• A credit for future reservation will be issued, if reservation is cancelled 7 days prior to arrival
• Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will cause payment to be forfeited and no credits will be issued
• Any no calls/no shows are subject to be placed on a blacklist
• A specific site can only be reserved for 14 day maximum
