Cancellation Policy

PAYMENT, CANCELLATION and REFUND POLICY

Payment in full must be made, with a credit card, at the time the reservation is made. 

Camping and Shelter House: CASH OR CHECKS ACCEPTED AS WELL.

If you need to cancel your reservation, a refund will be issued as Camp Credit if the cancellation was made 8 days prior to your reservation date. If cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to your reservation no Camp Credit will be issued. A $10 dollar cancellation fee will be charged.

Camp Credit is defined as credit to be used for a future stay within the same camping season for any location within Banner Lake Reservoir. Camping Season (April 15th-October31st)

If you are already staying at Banner Lake Reservoir, there will be NO Camp Credit given due to the discomforts or perceived discomforts of nature. The fun continues, rain or shine! Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Banner Creek Reservoir management.
