  Located within the heritage site in a restored Barkerville home. Guests will be surrounded by period decor that will transport you back to the Cariboo’s great gold rush era. The house includes: three queen bedrooms, three deluxe bathrooms, and comfortably sleeps six. Please note that there is a two night minimum stay for the Historic Guest Houses. Price listed is for one night. The Historic Guest Houses are pedestrian access ONLY; there is NO drop off or parking available. Parking is available in the 24 hour monitored guest parking lot. There is NO snowmobile access to the Historic Guest Houses. Pets are not permitted. Please note that a refundable damage deposit of $250.00 will be charged prior to check in. This deposit will be refunded after you check out, provided the accommodation is left in satisfactory condition.

  The Barkerville Cottages are the perfect retreat any time of year. Each of our four cottages offers a wheelchair-accessible main floor, fully equipped with a queen-size bed, full bathroom, laundry, kitchen, dining, and living room facilities. The second floor offers a powder room and two additional bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed and one with two twin beds. The cottage is fully furnished, and rental includes bed linens, towels, kitchen equipment, dining ware, basic toiletries, laundry and dishwashing supplies. A television, DVD player, and Wi-Fi are also provided. The cottage porch offers a sheltered space to enjoy the fresh air, and the cottage mudroom provides a place to securely store recreational gear and extra luggage. Each cottage also has exterior outlets to plug your vehicle into in the winter. Pets are not permitted in Cottages #1 and #2. Please note that a refundable damage deposit of $250.00 will be charged prior to check in. This deposit will be refunded after you check out, provided the accommodation is left in satisfactory condition.
